Payment Terms

Agreement

By completing checkout, you agree to these terms which govern your subscription to Digital Empathy services. This agreement activates upon your first payment.

Subscription Term

Your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis until canceled. Each renewal continues for one month from your billing date.

Payment

Initial payment is due at checkout. Monthly charges recur on the same calendar date each month. If you subscribed on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each following month.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. To cancel, email support@digitalempathyinc.com with "Service Cancellation" in the subject line. We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days.

Intellectual Property

Digital Empathy retains all rights to our proprietary software, tools, and methodologies. You retain full ownership of your content, including text, images, and branding materials you provide.

Privacy

We collect business contact information necessary to provide our services. This includes your name, email, and business details. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver our services.

Modifications

Changes to this agreement require written consent from both parties. We'll notify you of any proposed changes via the email address on file.
